Yes, for half-day sessions and evenings. Full days do not hold people's attention over video, and it becomes difficult to carry out the in-depth hands on activities - so I don’t offer it.

In-house sessions work best with four to twelve. Open workshops are capped at eight.

Yes, within reason. Two half-day topics in a day works. I can work with you to work out a day that works for you and your team.

No. I provide training based on my experience as a UX and Service Design professional. I do not offer accredited or certified training, and I would rather be clear about that than issue something with no standing behind it.

Usually yes. Most of the people I train are product managers, designers, engineers and founders who do research as part of a wider job. The sessions assume no formal research background.

Yes. I have worked across public sector, finance, gaming and technology, and I am familiar with public sector procurement and accessibility requirements.

A scoping call, access to whatever we are working on during the day, and a room with wall space. Anything else I will ask for in advance.

Yes. If you have an existing process or playbook, I can build the session around it rather than teaching a generic method that conflicts with how you work.

No, I am not currently VAT registered.

In-house training is invoiced50% on booking and 50% on completion, payable within 31 days. Open workshop seats are paid at the time of booking.
